Chesscom Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein 3 Bett Zimmer welcher angenehm groß war. Gleich gegenüber startet die Metro und wir waren schnell und günstig in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde schnell nachgefüllt. Sehr gut sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze.

Betten sind etwas hart und ungemütlich. Die 3 Bett Zimmer sind zur Strasse raus und dadurch recht laut.

Lage an der Metrolinie M3 Nähe zum Flughafen (Anbindung mit Bus 200E) Nettes Personal, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Zimmer klein aber mit ausreichender Ausstattung

Im Bad setzt man beim Duschen den Raum ziemlich unter Wasser.

The staff is always lovely, welcoming, and helpful. They do their job wonderfully, and we have never had any complaints about their service. We have stayed at the hotel with our dog before, and we were very happy with the opportunity to bring her with us. Being able to stay with our dog is something we truly appreciate and value. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable, making our stay very pleasant and relaxing. EXCEPT this last time.

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing compared to our previous experiences at the hotel. This time, we were placed in Room 100, on the first floor right next to the stairs. The room felt more like a storage area than a proper guest bedroom. The biggest issue was the noise. It was practically impossible to sleep during the night, as we could hear everyone going up and down the stairs, and there seemed to be very little consideration for guests during sleeping hours. The sound insulation in the room was also extremely poor. We could clearly hear people outside the room, as well as guests in the rooms above and next to us through the walls. It was never mentioned when we booked that the room would be located in this area or that it would have such significant noise and soundproofing issues. This is our third stay at the hotel. Our first two stays were lovely, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, we were unable to properly rest and left the hotel feeling more tired than when we arrived. For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable stay. If we are offered a room like this again in the future, we will expect to have it changed to a more suitable room without any additional cost. Given the location, noise level, and lack of sound insulation, we do not consider this room acceptable for a comfortable night's stay.
