Special thanks to everyone, from valet, security, reception and room service; Mr. Nader Iriqat, Ms. Ward, Mr. Ayed, to name a few. Sincere apologies for not recalling all the good names. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming, and went extra 2 miles to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. - Rooms are excellent with all essential amenities (the iron table and vanity kits are very useful). - Reasonably fast room service. - Breakfast is excellent, varied and caters to different preferences and tastes. - Very accommodating when it comes to early check-in - Confirmed by experience! - Stored our 4 bulky bags for 15 days with a smile. - Fast customer service over the phone. Wishing Intercontinental Amman all the best, and will definitely consider staying in during my next visit to Amman.

Nice everything very professional throughout including the Lebanese Restaurant on site,and our host there Hisham who made us feel totally at home.Very nice pool area when not too busy and I appreciated the reasonable music level there-not always the case on this trip.Great breakfast.

On the full meal plan no complaints except total confusion at the so called Indian Restaurant where it was pot luck -where to sit,what are we eating,etc.I think we also just had an inexperienced waiter.They need to delineate the seating area better.Lower the disco while you are at it,maybe.

Too many choices. And the service was excellent.

The set menu for Dinner needs to be much more choices.

I was very delighted from the staff, they were very kind especially majeda she made her best to pleased us.

The most important thing for us ever is how much the room is clean and unfortunately the room wasn’t clean at all. The carpet was dirty full of hair. The bathroom also was not clean there were signs of old shavings there. And after our complaint the room wasn’t cleaned up as we we was expecting
