Location is good. View from living room was good.

Shower not clean. Bed not comfortable. No iron for clothes. Picking up keys far from appartment.

There was mould in the flat. It stank, after staying for over a week the mould came out in the bedroom everywhere and the living room. I had the windows open all the time. I would add that the rental office knew about it. Because the lady said that they had to do something with the wall.Well later I combined the facts, what they did there with the wall. washed, painted .... It's a good thing no one with a small child came. Something like that is unacceptable! I asked the lady from the Cadiz4Rentals Holiday rental office to arrange a taxi, The cost was 9 euros. Where normally you pay 5 max 6 euros to the old town.- I WILL NOT COMMENT

Amazing location right on the gorgeous sandy beach, which is great for swimming and quiet during the week. Lots of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by but not too noisy. Easy and cheap (€1.10) bus into Cadiz. We didn't need the air-con because there was a nice breeze and lots of windows. It's a lovely light apartment with views directly over the beach. Loads of cupboard/wardrobe space in the bedroom. Personally we wouldn't want to stay in a group of 4 because the bathroom is in the bedroom and the sofa wasn't particularly comfy. But perfect space for two.

"The keys are at a reception on location" means the keys are a 40-minute walk away from the apartment. Bathroom needs a deep clean, particularly the shower cubicle. Toilet brush is filthy.
