Clean, spacious, close to airport.
Shuttle to the airport was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Fan was broken and noisy - we had to leave the room for it to be fixed. We had a suite : the main bedroom was fine but the other room was stuffy and windowless.
Bathroom was ok. Pool was a joke.

La cercanía al aeropuoerto es un grab plus y lo cómodas que son las habitaciones, además del personal.
La entrada o lobby es muy frío, deberían tenerla un poquito más acogedora pues ahí pasa uno tiempo cuando toma el café o espera el transporte.

The atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy beds, poop and hot tub, great food open 24/7, very accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again.
The only part we didn't like was the location simply because it is right off the viaduct, making it difficult and a lot longer to get to from your daily outings in the city or elsewhere.

Felt really safe at this property. Shuttle service to and from airport. I had dropped my passport and the staff found it and returned it before I even knew I had lost it. Indoor pool was great when it rains

Friendly staff, convenient location, close to the airport, shuttle works excellent 24/7, we could schedule a time to leave to the airport, the front desk gave us a call to get ready. Wifi works well. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.

The hotel was well-located, a few minutes drive from the airport, the restaurant had good food and the hotel room although a little dated was pretty comfortable for an overnight stay plus they have a shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, so it's really convenient.
Also, I left my blazer jacket in the room and Jessica (one of the staff) was very helpful in making sure my blazer jacket was shipped back to me.
One thing to note: It can get packed in the van if there are several guests leaving at a certain time. You have to make sure that you arrive early so you get a seat in the van otherwise you'll have to wait.

They have their own lounge at the airport to wait for the shuttle. The beds were very comfortable. It has a really cool rooftop pool

The room was a bit noisy and the noises from the hallway distracted my short overnight.

Everything was excellent. We got picked up in the middle of the night. Only waited a few minutes outside. Breakfast was good and the room nice and spacious!

I stayed here for one night because my flight arrived late. The hotel is close to the airport, has a great free shuttle service. The room was nice, big, and very clean. Nice clean bathroom. The employees were very friendly. I had to leave in the morning so I did not get a chance to see or use the many facilities available but it sees like a very nice hotel to stay if you want to be near the airport area.
