Εξαιρετική θέση, ησυχία, σε ασφαλή περιοχή, πολύ ωραία δωμάτια καλά εξοπλισμένα και καθαρά!

The breakfast room is lovely and we had a very good dinner there one night too. I do miss the piano that was originally in the downstairs area as it gave a certain additional elegance to the room.
Nothing, everything was very good.

The hotel is in a quiet location in the Aventine Hill area and easy walking reach of many of main sites.
The hotel was really clean with lovely staff.
There was enough choice at breakfast to keep you fuelled for the day ahead.
Overall, a great find in Rome.
The beds were like concrete and the room was small with not enough storage space for 2 suitcases and clothes for 5 days.
The shower was slow and didn’t really get hot, but the staff tried to fix it.
After asking for another duvet for the bed, the staff did offer a memory foam topper which really helped. I’m surprised that they don’t just put these on the bed as standard.

Nice classic style, like a museum
Bed is uncomfortable.
Bit expensive for this quality

This small boutique style hotel is fabulous. From the beautiful fragrance of jasmine in the pretty gardens to the delightful breakfast selections, this is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the delights of Rome. There are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance and all the major sights are a short Uber trip away or slightly longer if you fancy a decent walk. The staff are so helpful and friendly - it is small and cosy and a pleasure to stay there.
My only negative would be the hardness of the beds - our bed was pretty uncomfortable but it didn't spoil our stay and was out weighed by the other many positives of this great little place.

The location was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast, the customer service and the beautiful hotel grounds. The breakfast in particular was fabulous and we enjoyed waking up for it each day.
Our TV did not work, which was odd for a hotel that otherwise seems very stately. The beds were also extremely hard, to the point it was very hard to get a good night’s rest. If you require soft bedding, this might not be a good pick. The shower was also quite dated. The hot shower lasted just 5 minutes or so, and the buttons on the sides did not work. For us, we were mostly in the city, so it wasn’t a huge issue. But for those who want to spend a lot of “down time” in the hotel room, it might not be as great.

The location exceeded our expectations. Our room was nicer than in the photos, breakfast was good, staff was very nice, the property overall is very well maintained and it looks amazing.
The surrounding area is very quiet and feels safe. A few minutes away from the bus or the metro.
The hotel serves dinner as well (each evening a lot of guests were there and seemed to be enjoying their food) and if needed they can prepare some light snacks for lunch (sandwiches).
We did not have anything to complain about.
Maybe the only downside is that the closest shop if you need anything is a few minutes away, where the bus stops are.

The amazing location in the city center close to all main attractions, but yet super chilled, calmed and quiet neighborhood. The stuff was super amazing and helpful, with no extra charge on having breakfast and coffee at our balcony in our room.

The place was absolutely lovely with lovely ancient furniture! Great staff too
It could improve on the variety of the breakfast

The location for us was perfect. Quiet area not far from Circus Maximus with metro in easy walking distance. We were made welcome the moment we arrived and the five nights there were a delight. We particularly enjoyed the help and cheerfulness of Agopinto a pocket rocket who helped with everything, such a great guy. We enjoyed the quiet area away from busy streets and as we love walking it was ideal. Breakfast was delicious, coffee great and the restaurant good value. I recommend this hotel highly, it's prices are more than fair and would stay there again in a heart beat A+++

Location was really good and central. Fantastic hotel, lovely big room with super king bed. Breakfast typical but did lack variety especially as we stayed one week. Staff are really good, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My only comment is 1. Only one plug in the bedroom, so struggled to charge both phones etc, easily solved with a couple of USB plugs added. Also, big one fir me no tea/ coffee making facilities in your room, so you have to buy from hotel and tea ( yes my passion) was 6 euros, so over a week it mounts up. Ate at hotel once in the evening, good food but service a little slow, but didn't mind. Overall this is a fab hotel, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again. Thanks totally the staff.
No tea/coffee facilities in room
Only one plug to charge in room
Breakfast could be a little more varied on different days

The hotel has a great location in a part of Rome not visited much by tourists yet walking distance from the Piramide, Circus Maximus and Colosseum, as well as public transport and restaurants in Testaccio. The staff and front office, bar and restaurant service were excellent.
When booking I asked for a room with a view. We were given a room with no view at all. The bedroom window was permanently covered with shutters and the bathroom had no window. The bedroom was adequate in size but quite hot.

The room was beautiful but unfunctional because of the size of the bathroom. Only 1 person at a time could use it. The breakfast was wonderful and the decor and atmosphere was amazing.

We needed a hotel for 2 nights in Rome, to be close to historical center, but still in the area, where we can drive as we were travelling by car. I have been to Rome several times, but never stayed in this area. From now on we'll definitely keep this area and this hotel in mind - close to historical center and lines of Sightseeing buses (either walking or 1-2 stops by public transport), close to the area with local (not touristic) restaurants with great food and service! And finally, we could park our family minivan in ~100m away in a secured area for 15EUR/day.
Rooms were surprisingly large! If we are in Rome next time - we'll book this hotel again!

breakfast provided a choice to eat, The room was very roomy and well decorated with the theme of old world. Easy location to see all we wanted on our short stay
not anything not liked but would have liked a kettle in the room, to have tea or coffee
