The central location at short walking distance to the historic area / old town of Sassari. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fair priced.
The furniture in the room looked old and not well maintained. The location of the hotel, although very central, is surrounded by a neighborhood that is not beautiful (old and badly maintained buildings, dirty streets), moreover, it doesn't inspire a safety feeling to the newcomer. But all went well for a one-night stay.

Hotel is in the center of Sassari and all cafe bars and restaurant is near. Breakfest from hotel is very good and fresh.

very clean, old-fashioned style but with taste, comfortable spacious room, nice bathroom, shower, plenty of towels, EXCELLENT breakfast
It doesn’t have to do with the property itself, but the area, while very central, is not very welcoming in the evening. I arrived around 8 PM, and the streets very pretty quiet, except for some men of various ethnicities roaming around. One has to feel comfortable with that. I didn’t feel totally safe, but I may just be the anxious type.

The location is close to the train station which is handy, however the area is not the best in town

A beautifully presented small hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. A good selection of food for breakfast.

The location is pretty good, very close to the city center. The price was fair.
Wifi is almost nonworking, you can not turn off the climate unit from the room, we had to go to the lobby twice to make them turn it off, unit is very loud so sleeping with it working is not easy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast had rich offerings but nothing was especially good.

everything! Cosy atmosphere; friendly staff; location is perfect for good restaurants nearby and to visit the old city centre; good cappuccino bars nearby and the hotel is perfectly within walking distance of the trainstation and the room has very good airconditioning and good beds!

This hotel is an art museum! The walls are decorated with beautiful paintings - find some time to take a tour from 4th to 1st floor :)
Delicious breakfast, we liked it! It's more Italian-oriented, so please expect coffee and lots of pastries to choose from.
The room is cozy and spacious!
Staff is helpful, English-speaking.
10/10 definitely recommend!
We heard some noise 24/7 from nearby AC probably (maybe it's from the adjacent rooms or cafe).

We were fortunate to meet Luciano one of the owners. A wonderful friendly man who imparted a wealth of information on the history of Sardinia. The hotel is well situated in short walking distance centre of the old town. Municipal car parking is close by.
