This is the only hotel I’ve ever come back to. Twice in one year! I like the feel of the hotel, the fact you can always get a sun lounger, the Nebla wine, the staff
The only issue we had was checking out at 4am. There was no one on reception for about 15 mins. Our taxi was due any minute. Then a lady in front of us wanted to change room and our taxi arrived. There was a car at the barrier for ages cos no one had been at reception to answer the buzzer and our taxi couldn’t get in. So a bit of a stressful ending but all ok in the end.

Good location.
Lovely room, clean, very quiet and comfortable.
Bars were nice.
Staff very good.

Great hotel, loved the pool, rooftop area and the staff were lovely. Amazing location to get the tram directly into Alicante and walking distance to a great beach. Had a fab 5 days!
Just a few small things that could have improved our stay, having some free bottles of water in the room when we arrived would have been great. The cocktails were slightly inconsistent and determined by who made them, some were great and others not so good!

Receptionist upon check in was extremely helpful and accommodating, as were the staff on the rooftop bar.
Woke up at 4am for an early flight, was greeted with an ant infestation in the bathroom leaving it unusable. The main reason we got the hotel was to freshen up before an early morning flight, we were left really frustrated with this with no attempt from the out of hours receptionist upon check out.
