Hotel was very central with not a lot of noise. Local bars and restaurants were very good

Good location. Nice pool area, plenty of sunbeds. Near to plenty of shops, restos and Cala Gran beach. Luis at the reception, was so helpful, nice and hospitable 🤗 gave us some good tips.
Our stay in Cala D'or was lovely and memorable. Would definitely recommend this hotel 👍🏼

I loved the pool area with a poolbar and many sun chairs. It was nice to have 2 balconies - one with a little shadow and one without. We also borrowed a sun umbrella for free in the reception to take to the beach. Very friendly staff. Great location close to a lot of restaurant and beaches.
We could very much hear Karaoke from across the Road every single night. It was very loud. So that was unfortunate. I also didnt enjoy that the balconies didnt have a small dining table as we say and ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony. It only had a very low side table.

from the outside the hotel looks really nice, but from the inside the hotel is quite bad, compared to the price. It's lucky that the hotel is in a good location, otherwise it would have been a disaster.
The included breakfast was disappointing, and there are no vegan options. The staff does not speak English well, there are too many drunk and noisy guests in the hotel (from England...), the cleanliness of the rooms is 5/10, there are even small ants and bugs everywhere. The kitchen is also very poor and the elements are falling apart. Also parking is 10 eur per day…
