Restaurant staff was great and was the front desk.

Location is good. Hotel is clean.

Old building and system such as doors. We could not open easly.

Beds were comfy.

The behaviour of the staff before the reception was harsh. We did not get the air conditioner okay, they fixed it later. we got bored..

the property was very poor and the sanitary was not working well

the staff is not professional and not helping us to find where to park the cars

I loved the food, the service from the hotel staff, the amenities in the room, and the location. The bathroom was exquisite, and the hot tub was an absolute pleasure.

There was an unpleasant oozing out of the bathroom. We complained about this though, and the hotel staff recommended that we stay in another room, however, we were already settled.

WITH GOOD LOCATION AND STAFF COMMUNICATION IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE FOR ME.ESPECIALLY RECEPTION PERSONAL ISSAM HAS SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEM AS PROFFESIONALY

Good, comfortable room. It was what I wanted without a bunch of extras that I don't need when I am traveling (such as a pool or exercise room). Room had everything I needed such as a TV, small mini bar, bottled water, hair dryer, and a nice rain shower. Awesome dining room. The food was very good with vegetarian options.

Mayber a better view of the city. Perhaps a microwave. Maybe a carpeted floor in some areas.
