Kennedy Hospitality Resort

Great hotel to relax at with a pool and best bar staff to service

For what we paid , service was not on par. Housekeeping requirements were slow . Late check out not available and hotel didn’t appear full.

Pool area was nice ,plenty of sunbeds ,clean pool towels Food was ok Pool bar staff all really nice Cleaners great Comfy bed

Little bit further out from where we usually stay but would stay again WiFi not the best Breakfast could improve Little bit tired and dated in places

This is my 4th time, i always stay here when in Marrakech. Very clean, reasonable prices, quiet neighbourhood, all staff members are always very nice, except for one who crossed the line, but the manager Aziz took my complain very seriously. Wifi is good, but choppy, cuts off and comes back on but generally works and covers all the hotel. Parking is always available however i dont agree with the fact that the best spot in front of the main door is to be always reserved for the hotel director, she will kill the staff if they let anyone park there, and i have never seen this in a Hotel. in company building yes, but in a hotel never. Rooms are very clean, swimming pool always clean and nice. You dont hear any cars or horns outside. close to city center, many facilities available. Food is ok. carpets on floors could do with a deep clean. Is it a solid 4 star hotel, and i reccommend it and i will continue to stay there each time i am in Marrakech.
