Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Beautiful grounds. Lovely pool area. Room was amazing.

Very clean Helpful and friendly staff

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. It is a pure oasis in the desert. The staff were always helpful and attentive and the facilities inc. spa and restaurants all exceeded expectations.

The food, especially breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel wasn’t huge.

Saturday lunch times are busy with change over. Some rooms Need a bit of tlc - our overhead shower didn’t work. We were put in a room right by the mosque and as much as we find the prayers comforting, we were woken too early for a holiday. Unfortunately, we would have had to pay a premium to move on the 2nd night as there were no equivalent rooms available so we stayed. On our second evening we had to cancel our last night as we were suddenly called home to my father who was dying. I understand that we had paid upfront for the rooms so it was unlikely, but the receptionist told us to contact booking.com. Once home when I tried, booking.com contacted the hotel who told them that they wouldn’t reimburse us. I then emailed to hotel directly and heard nothing back.
