Great staff, good food/ nice pool & spa- the hotel was 'relaxed' and that made a difference!
There wasn't much - I guess maybe the restaurant menu was a little limited and a tad pricey- but the Lounge Bar food/ snacks were pretty good and more 'us'

Great location for the motorway, helpful staff. Lovely stop on the way to/from the tunnel - would happily have stayed longer.

i loved that the pool, sauna and steam room was included. i had spoke to housekeeper Inna, who was definitely the best !! i had asked if she could decorate the room and she had done a lovely job. thank you Inna for making the room so lovely !! she was so polite on the phone and when i had said that if she couldn’t do it, then its not a big deal. she reassured me she would do it and she did !
we spent £90 on food !!! i went to order the gamon and they had run out which isn’t their fault. but then i ordered a mac and cheese which was the size of my little finger. ordered wings that i only ate one as they was rock solid but pink on the inside. my partner ordered a steak that costs £42 and was tiny !! the prices are unreasonable for such small portions !! we both had an extremely upset stomach since eating the food. unsure weither it was the dinner or breakfast that has caused this :(
