Die Zimmer waren etwas klein und keine Aussicht. Und man konnte kein Fenster auf Kipp machen

Location is perfect Rooms very comfy Rooms a good size Bar area nice Staff are nice

Very strong drain smell in bathroom Rooms need a freshen up Toiletries are not the best and hard to use seperate minis would be better

Good location as looking over St Paul’s and central Location .

Tbh we was extremely disappointed with the roof top bar being closed on a Sunday night why ? A hotel should have the same facilities every day as guests are in holiday or needing these little details. The whole reason we booked the hotel was to have our anniversary pictures taken ontop in the bar with St Paul’s Cathedral behind us at night time!!! The website didn’t say anything about closed Sundays very disappointing. We wasn’t even allowed to have a pic taken for 2 mins up there when we asked the reception staff.

Comfy bed, spacious room. A friendly welcome in reception on arrival. Encountered a few problems which was disappointing as we have stayed many times before and our stays have been perfect. The plug in bath wouldn’t lift up to drain the water, the dial to control the plug was broken. The room was very hot and we couldn’t lower the temperature. Sebastian was very good and fixed all of the problems while we were out. Unfortunately it did mean that one of us didn’t have time to shower and get ready before going out for the evening. In one of the dressing gowns pockets I found a pair of earphones in a case. The dressing gown had obviously been worn before. I did report to reception that the headphones had been found. Surely it would be better to check for problems before a customer was allocated a particular room.
