The staff is extremely friendly! I would like to mention especially Bernadeth - waitress in Turquoise Restaurant. During the whole our stay she remembered where we sit and what we drink, she was always there for us fulfilling our wishes, very polite and always smiling. Very professional staff! Food is really delicious. My husband is a gourmet, he is never happy enough about the food, but in this hotel he was more than happy, he said the food is just amazing and the choice was always great. Everywhere a lot of different boardgames, pool (billiard), table tennis, a lot of different things to entertain yourself! The team helping in the chat was very helpful - Polina, Korax and Ata. Thank you guys! Summarizing, we will come again with pleasure! See you and all the best!

Smth is wrong with ventilation system, sometimes it was septic smell in the mornings, when our room was changed there was a smoking smell instead appearing only in special hours. I guess the ventilation is connected between the floors. But this is after all a tiny thing and didn’t influence our satisfaction.

Amazing hotel, especially for families. The kids’ club was fantastic — huge area and lots of activities, with the option to book private music, pottery and other classes. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of facilities and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Service was excellent. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay — special thanks to Kuzey, Polina and the rest of the team. They really made us feel like kings!

Of all the Rixos we have stayed at, this has to be the worst when it comes to client service - astonishingly poor compared to the others. Booked a car via the hotel client team that we needed to cancel (more than 24 hours notice) and the amount of effort to get a simple refund of 65 euros was ridiculous. We were told that the car company was nothing to do with the hotel (they booked it) that we needed to show receipts for the booking, two and half days to get it sorted - small money and we gave most of it to the serving staff in tips but the point is the hotel should have just sorted it out silently. Same for the a la carte booking system - used fine at the other Rixos - at this one at two minutes past ten in the morning - nothing available - was to ' Sir' there are 1800 people staying and all trying to book tables' The Peoples a la carte restaurant possibly the worst meal ever had - anywhere. Soundproofing - none. We have kids but don't particularly want to hear others at 5 in the morning - really noisy place. Housekeeping vacuuming at 10pm outside the room - not great for those with children trying to sleep. Really was a huge disappointment - compared with Bodrum, Doha and Abu Dhabi which were great.
