Lo mejor, la ubicación, a 3 minutos literalmente de la estación central de Leganés y al lado del centro.

Clean, in the center of Leganés, close to the cercanias, to the metro, to shops and restaurants.
Small room and roadworks just in front of the hotel starting early in the morning.

The location is right around the nightlight zone, bars, Restaurant and such.
It's very noisy, there is a bar restaurant with outside dining until 1am just below the windows. Parking is there, difficult to park and no connection to the actual hotel. So you have to drag your luggage out of the garage then into the hotel and up to your room.

Staff is friendly. Close to the train station. Many restaurants and bars close by.

This is the only hotel in the center of Leganes, so it is the only option for people who visit the University Carlos III and do not want to travel back and forth to Madrid every day (one hour each way). Rooms are clean but furniture is basic.
Breakfast is not provided at the hotel, so you need to walk to one of the many cafes nearby. Construction works in the street made difficult the access to the hotel and produced both noise and dust.

A pleasant and welcoming hotel in a good area with a simple but very comfortable room. Hotel staff were most obliging.

Excellent hotel, very close to Leganes station where you can reach Madrid center easily. Good size room and a clean bathroom. The staff was helpful too. Recommended!

Perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the downtown Leganes.
Very minimalistic, but clean. Need cash coins to access water/food late night. Front desk not on duty during nights to change coins.

The hotel is very near the train center. There is an underground parking. The room is basic and depressing, but according to the price of the room you get what you pay.
The entrance to the parking is very steep. So as we were coming out, the hotel receptionist closed the gate to soon, so we had to go back on a very steep way to not get hid by the door opening again. Extremely stressful. If the guest says that they are checking-out and leaving with the car (as I told the receptionist), in the future, keep the gate opened for maybe 15 minutes or so.
