I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of options.
A special thank you to Honey, who was attentive from the moment I arrived and always helpful with anything I needed. On the days when I needed an early breakfast, the staff kindly arranged it for me. Honey also helped me book a taxi to the airport for my flight home and checked that I had arrived safely. I really appreciated her kindness and care.

First time in Rome, my friend and I stayed for two days, Honey and Mido were very welcoming and offer services to fit our needs. Honey went above and beyond on our request on the hotel stay, she made efforts to answer our questions and any requests. The breakfast is great, Mido made the excellent Cappuccino for us, he also gives great suggestions for places to visit to accommodating our time in Rome.
The bathroom has bad smell, the smell seems come from drain pipe in the shower. This smell is there and did not go away.

The size of the room was pretty good, the staff were very customer focused, great tips for dinner in Rome and the location is pretty good too, great walk into the centre and the piazza which is quite close, was very vibey.
The hotel entrance is on the main street and ground floor level, to get to your room, you leave the hotel entrance, enter via another door and use a quite archaic lift system to take you to the fourth floor. The Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and and the main shower had rust on the pole holding the shower head - I made one of the reception staff (Honey) aware as we were leaving.

Location.
Compared with other Booking.com ratings this hotel was both overrated and overpriced. Also the pictures of the hotel gave a better impression than it actually is. The 833€ price + 60€ city tax for five nights without breakfast was clearly too much for this modest
hotel. Not good Booking.com!

"die Lage ist topp. Sehr zentral - nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Die Zimmer variieren nach Grösse. das kleine Zimmer ist für 2 Personen definitiv zu klein. da hat man zu zweit keinen platz sich umzudrehen - ..."
