Lovely big room. Lovely swimming pool. Staff incredibly helpful. Welcome drinks were a lovely touch.

To answer our complaint about breakfast, we were told, …if you don’t like it here go to another hotel.. This is not the way to talk to a guest. We asked for a rubber bath mat for the tub but were told none were available. Eventually we received one.

the air condition was not cold enough and the wifi was very weak and kept dropping . the hotel looks a bit tired and for a 4 stars hotel I would expect to have proper coffee rather than machine where the coffee was very weak.

mediocre breakfast for the price, mouldy fruit (in a four-star establishment, really?), dirty garage with delivery crates, the extra bed was a joke

we came late around 8pm, the receptionist quickly called the restaurant to make sure we could have dinner before they closed. There was no rush while we were eating, even though they were cleaning up a bit etc. Great food by the way and wine :)

It's a little further outside the town centre than I expected.

The staff is very friendly and really tries to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast and diner are also good, and its location in the village provides for good potential.

This hotel is very underinvested and has quite likely for years been "milked for cash". The interior (furniture, floors, paint, color schemes etc etc) need a complete renovation. The tennis court had a hole in it, and to illustrate further: even the tennis balls were too old to facilitate a decent game of tennis (with the quality of the rackets not even worth commenting on). The fitness machines outside were once probably OK, but not anymore. This hotel most definitely does not deserve a 4 star rating, I would suggest max 2 stars, with upgrade potential only once the owners decide to invest in it again.

Comfortable bed

The wifi was not stable. Some people from the reception especially in the night were not friendly! Blood stains on the bed. We didn't feel very welcome there. For such price which was higher than other hotels nearby, I put too high expectation.
