Good functional spacious room.
Very good meal in the bistro, but very noisy with groups of golfers
Spa facilities were good but the ambiance was not - Sunday evening was full of groups of foul mouthed young men who dominated everything - not pleasant

Staff, facilities and location. My review is not about the stay as I was unwell. I have stayed here before and used review details as before. The main reason for leaving a review was how helpful the hotel were. The hotel provided a full refund as I had to go to hospital. They did not question and it meant we did not have to worry about sorting while I was unwell. Excellent customer service.

Excellent location, easy to reach with good car parking. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room large and comfortable. Breakfast good. Gym and leisure facilities excellent and very well maintained.
Disappointed that the sink in the bathroom was very badly cracked, clearly had been for some time and really should not have been left in that state. We pointed that out to Reception. Food in the evening was OK but again we were a little disappointed.

Family friendly and easily accessible
Room - particularly the toilet - wasn’t clean. And breakfast area wasn’t clean. (Though the breakfast itself was good value)
