rooms though somewhat dated were elegant and generous in size. plus, rooms were very quiet - unusual for an airport location.

The property is good and convenient. Supplied with eco products made the stay feels even more meaningful. No noise comes from flights so the stay feels comfortable.

Dentro l aeroporto, a 5 minuti a piedi dai controlli di sicurezza e a 2 minuti dalla stazione del treno quindi ovviamente perfetto per voli presto o arrivi tardivi. Hall molto elegante e staff gentile a disposizione. Ci hanno fatto gratis un upgrade di stanza che era praticamente un mega appartamento con un bagno gigante, divani, due tv e letti singoli ma molto grandi. In stanza un sacco di cose gratis da bere in frigo e fuori (caffe/te) e in bagno tanti utensili.

Da migliorare insonorizzazione stanza e l arredamento che risulta molto vintage.

Breakfast had a very good choice of dishes. Western and Asian. I enjoyed a small sip of sparkling wine. Of course the location right next to the airport worked very well for me.

Die Lage direkt neben dem Flughafen. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Es wäre schön, wenn sie auch Waagen hätten um grössere Gepäcke einfach zu wiegen. Es gibt eine grosse Waage in der Lobby aber für ins Zimmer bringen sie nur so kleine Körperwaagen. Auch wäre es komfortabel wenn man wie in einem Businesshotel beim Auschecken die Zimmerkarte einfach in eine Maschine stecken könnte, so müsste man nicht noch extra zur Lobby gehen mit dem Gepäck (und danach wieder rauf).

Man kann 24/7 auschecken und das Hotel ist direkt im Flughafen. Mit schöner Aussicht auf die Flieger. Für unseren Abflug früh morgens war die Unterkunft ideal.

Leider kein Frühstück, da wir zu früh ausgecheckt sind. Auch bietet das Hotel keine Extras an (Fitnessraum, Pool, etc.). Für den Preis daher recht teuer.

Location is great and very convenient. Close to the terminal and also to the train station. Room was comfortable and I especially appreciated the little amenities like facial lotion, moisturiser, cleansing gel and toothbrush and toothpaste. The little body towel was wonderful. (I took it with me.) Bed was very comfortable.

I wish the restaurants stayed open longer. We arrived at 8:00pm and they were already closing. And it would be nice to have a bit more tea and coffee in the room. I definitely would prefer milk rather than the powdered milk that is provided. The coffee was very good. I would have liked to have another cup, but there wasn't anymore.

Super convenient just a few minutes work from both international and domestic terminals and very close to the train station also. We caught the train to Kyoto for a few days and they stored some our luggage for no cost while we were there which was excellent. Clean and comfortable overall and good service.

Older style hotel. Most restaurants closed when we were there. Breakfast expensive - we ate at airport options instead.

The hotel is within the airport. There are a few restaurants in the hotel and we had the best buffet at The Brassiere. The staff are very courteous and very helpful.

The lighting, it’s a little bit dark

Check in was fast and easy and is walking distance from arrival hall. Presence of convenience mart just at the entrance to the hotel and you can easily grab a bite after a late flight.

Everything. We got upgraded to four bedded room. Kids loved the room. We are very satisfied with the amenities provided especially the facial wash, hydration lotion etc. the bath amenities was top quality. We enjoy our short stay there

First real sized bath! Room was reasonably spacious in comparison to other accommodation stayed in. The room was very quiet despite being so close to the airport.

The pillows! Quite solid and made for a bit of an uncomfortable night's sleep.
