Beautiful location on the lake , very nice and professional staff . Check in was very quick . It is clean and has very beautiful decoration The breakfast was great . It has all the facilities to make your stay comfortable . I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends because it is the best place for relaxation and it has the best view of the lake and mountains .

- the lakeview wasn't properly visible from the restaurant or the room - a bit too expensive for what it was

The staff take it to another level; they are kind, courteous and very professional. The restaurant food and wine are about the best we had in our 2 weeks travelling around Austria - original and interesting dishes perfectly prepared and a 'real' sommelier with a great wine list and cellar to choose from to top it all off. We felt really well looked after.

Absolutely fantastic! Room, facilities, personnel and food - we would definitely return! We also hired e-bikes on the day of departure and we're allowed before check-in and check-out to use the facilities as we arrived earlier and left later in the afternoon. There are also stand up paddling boards available free of charge for guests. Food was superb too! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We had a lovely time here and the property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is amazing and lake views are stunning. The panorama spa is a relaxing experience and the proximity of the lake is a big plus. I would highly recommend it!
