Darkhill Hotel

Near to tram station and metro.

The door system card had an issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast Location was superb

The aircons in the rooms didn't blow out cold air, only hot.

Good location and good staff

Breakfast is the same everyday so it gets boring. Bathroom had signs of damp and mould so I complained and all they did was painted over it. Toilet flush wasn't working had to get that repaired. I requested to have the room changed but they couldn't offer me a similar room on the same floor. Spa facilities and staff are not happy to help. Pool was freezing cold. Sauna kept switching off. I asked for a hammam price because they know I am from abroad they quoted me more than double. I didn't use them instead I went to a professional hammam in another hotel nearby and had hammam done for less than half price. Be aware and be careful.
