Los trabajadores del hotel, muy agradables

Todo bien

Lo que mas me gusto fue la cama era muy grande y comoda y la ubicacion del hotel que estaba muy bien comunicado con todo en el centro. Lo que es la habitación sin contar el baño muy moderno

Lo que menos me gusto es que en Booking ponia que tenian un convenio con un parking por 12 euros y llame a preguntar el dia antes y me dijeron que ya no lo tenian, que menos que quitarlo de booking ya que la gracia fue de dos dias 40 euros de parking y esa fue una de las razones por las que elegimos ese hotel por el convenio de 12 euros al dia en un parking que luego resulto que no tenia. Luego el desayuno no era buffet y de la habitacion lo unico que cambiaria seria el baño para mi gusto muy antiguo

Sehr sauber und gute Betten mit bequemen Matratzen

Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr eng und hatte nur ein Fenster zum Innenhofschacht, daher keine Lüftung möglich. Die Klimaanlage war nur zum Heizen geeignet statt zum kühlen, daher im August viel zu warm im Zimmer, um gut schlafen zu können

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and the room and lobby were fair for the price we paid. No frills. Location was okay.

We were unfortunately locked out of the hotel after midnight,and the access code we were given didn’t work. An oversight, but the 24 hour telephone just rang and rang. It it hadn’t been for another guest arriving, we would have been on the street for hours. Mistakes happen but if they give an emergency number, they should make sure it is answered.
