Extremely friendly staff. Excellent dinner at their restaurant and an exceptional breakfast. The facilities are very good and the location beautiful. More than that, this was our second time on this hotel and we can say they are very nice people: we requested a change in our date of stay (which was NOT refundable), due to a problem in our family, and they immediately accepted the change without any problem. We surely will come back again

Nice view from the room. Original decor in the rooms. Good location for Aosta valley trip.

We specifically insist on staying in hotels with AC. On Booking.com the hotel is advertised with AC and that was the main reason we chose it. The day was sunny and warm, but according to reception staff, after 1/10 they are not allowed to operate the cooling system. If this is true, you must disclose it clearly at the website. We called to complain that the heat in the room is unbearable and you cannot sleep with open windows because of the noise from the road the hotel is situated next to. They just apologised but offered no solution like a fan. The wifi in the room didn't work. It got disconnected so often, we couldn't use it. The bread at breakfast was stale with no other option. The coffee machine produced terrible chocolate milk. Other items were fine. All in all it was a disappointment from start to end.
