This stay is basically for those who would like to experience a bit of the traditional Japanese way of living on which count it proved to be just appropriate. The icing on the cake were the meals the bfast and the dinners that were laid out for the guests every day which to say the least was like an adventure in gastronomic discovery.
Except that the room alloted to us had toilet and shower separated and not enclosed together, which is something we never expected, nothing else that I can think about.

Beautiful location by an amazing shrine. Staff go above and beyond
We weren’t aware that we had different costs based on the number of people staying. Mainly our mistake and was a quick fix.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating. Great location in the Gion district. Very close to the shrines and local attractions.

Incredible location. Friendly staff.
The mats in the floor were so uncomfortable.
