Beds were very comfortable. Air con, shower pressure, and breakfast were all great! My friends and I ran the half marathon and the hotel opened breakfast at 4:30 am to accommodate all the runners! The room darkening curtains and balcony were also nice touches.
Parking lot is very small and does not seem to match for the size of the hotel. The wifi was not great and we were not able to watch one movie on netflix before a technician had to come. Also, the room was quite small for three people.

Great location! Easy and quick access to Torre de TV. Could get to the major sites very easily.
Breakfast was good and varied.
It would be good to provide towels for the pool. We had to go back to our room to get the spare ones we brought with us to be used during another trip. One of the chairs by the pool was broken. Better maintenance would be nice.

The breakfast was good, different types of fruits, breads, cheesebreads, cakes etc. the bedroom was also nice, simple, but very spacious, the bed was comfortable
the service is really simple. there is only an empty mini bar in the bedroom and downstairs where u shop the food the variety is not good. they dont offer toothbrush and toothpaste, I needed one and the facilities didnt have any to offer and no shop nearby to get one...

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious even for three people. The hotel is fairly close to all the main attractions and places we needed to go to.
The cleanliness of the rooms and main areas could improve a lot. The breakfast offered had great diversity of food but they were not very tasty. The lack of a designated parking area was a big thumbs down for us, as well as the lack of security around the public parking space.
