The room was clean, but there were aspects that were rundown; the outlet was falling off the wall and the towels were very thin.
See above. It was also a bit hard to find the room; the directions should be clearer regardless how to find it, as it’s in a large apartment building.

Very short stay- one night
Comfy bed, great continental breakfast, great espresso!
Small bathroom for 4, but again, stayed one night coming directly from airport late
Construction occurring next door, seemed they were working all night

Tasty breakfast, very clean room, great location (just a few minutes away from Tiburtina Station or Bologna metro), Lidl supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away, friendly staff, Mrs Anna was very nice:) Bathroom and beds are very very clean.
Walls and doors are very thin - if you wish to sleep in the morning, you will hear everything that is happening in the hallway.

Attentiveness of the staff, breakfast and location were good.
I wanted a fresh bath mat every day. The towels didn't dry within a day. It was difficult to figure out how to enter the building. The staff only spoke Italian.
