Lovely area near the station and close to the lovely neighbourhood of Yanaka. Easy access to and from Narita airport. Loads of thoughtful amenities and even though the room was small, it was extremely well designed to include everything we needed and more.

I liked the mini-kitchen area and the tea kettle and tea provided to make hot drinks. Wi-fi and TV worked great. Very close to Nippori station so we didn't have to walk far. Staff was very helpful about storing our luggage for us until check-in and they even pre-emptively moved our luggage to our room for us prior to check-in.
The pictures on the website seemed to imply the room would be larger than we got but it was a bit cramped. I opted to pay more for a little extra space but it wasn't what we received. The bathroom shower curtain in our unit 406 had that mildewy smell which was a bit off-putting. The curtain needs to be washed properly.

Lage: Sehr praktisch wegen der Nähe zur Nippori-Station. Es gibt neben 7/11 auch einen 24h-Supermarkt, zahlreiche, günstige Restaurants und Super-Sento Haginoyu (riesiges Badehaus). Ich übernachte gerne hier, wenn ich vom Flughafen Narita zurückfliegen will.
Ausstattung: Mir hat nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und praktisch. Was nicht im Zimmer ist, kann man ausleihen (Geschirr, Bügeleisen etc.). Das WLAN war auch schnell.

Excellent location for access to Skyliner ( fast train to Narita airport)
We had room 103. Supersmall but it served it’s purpose. It’s a very basic hotel. Mind you. If you travel with a lot of luggage you probably don’t have enough space in the room. We shipped all our luggage direct to Narita a few days earlier (we traveled with small backpacks with necessities).
