The breakfast was excellent and very tasty and there was a local Jamaican option daily which was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Clearing the table after completing a meal. For eg. if I had fruits before having my main portion of the breakfast, the fruit plate remained while I was having the main portion of the breakfast

Breakfast was excellent, location superb. The staff at the hotel is exceptional. I always feel right at home - I have stayed here often, and it is a consistently great experience.

The first thing you notice as you enter the hotel is the freshly fragranced lobby. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, from security to the restaurant and pool bar staff. The food was genuinely excellent, especially the fish escovitch, which was one of the best meals I had during my trip. Drinks and room service were also very good. The room was comfortable, clean, and serviced daily, and the hotel had a pleasant overall atmosphere and scent. The location also worked very well for Carnival weekend.

The hotel is clearly older and some areas would benefit from upgrades and better maintenance, particularly the lifts and certain bathroom fixtures. The check-in process could also have been smoother.
