Needs some upkeep No or poor WiFi Property was much better when we stayed in 2019. Toboggan was not working as well as some of the other pools.

Comfortable rooms on a hilltop overlooking san jose

It has a great location, the amenities are excellent. The room was worth to the amount paid for the night.

The reception stuff needs to be more professional, show empathy and be more friendly. You can improve the quality of the food, the cost of the breakfast was expensive and the quality was not so good.

Horrible.

Poor quality, was raining and the room had a leak. Staff gave us a towel to clean by ourself. A JOKE!!! TV wasnt working, we had to call to reception, and the guy was completely unhelpful. The plates were dirty, we couldnt even use the kitchen because was dirty too. Worst experience in my life!! If you have another option before coming to Monte Campana, take it rigth away.
