Natalia called me to arrange to meet to hand over the key and give us a tour of the property. She was easy to chat with and very pleasant. Natalia also arranged to hold our luggage in a secure location before check-in.

This was not a big problem as Natalia had arranged the hold for our luggage, but a slightly earlier check-in time might be good.

Мы провели невероятно приятное время в этой квартире в самом центре Вены. Расположение просто идеальное - всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от главных достопримечательностей, ресторанов и магазинов. Сама квартира очень уютная, просторная, чистая и хорошо оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были очень гостеприимны. Мы определенно рекомендуем эту квартиру всем, кто хочет насладиться атмосферой Вены и иметь приятное проживание в центре города."

Недостатков мы не обнаружили.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Sehr zentral und angenehm ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Apartment war geräumig und sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war unkompliziert und gut. Zimmer groß, separate Toilette. Eigene Parkgarage (20€/Tag).

Die Couch war zu groß für das Wohnzimmer, sodass man die Tür zur Küche nicht schließen konnte. Zudem war es abgewohnt und das Kunstleder hat gebröckelt. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren zum Teil kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen. Beim Herd waren keine Anzeigen (... Ober/Unterhitze, Gradzahlen) mehr erkennbar. Bei der Spülmaschine hat die Tab-Aufbewahrung nicht mehr funktioniert. Im Bad hatte eine Lampe keine Abdeckung mehr. Im Kühlschrank hat ein Ablagefach einfach gefehlt. Bei einer Mietdauer von einer Woche hätte ich mir auch gewünscht, dass wir etwas zum Saubermachen gehabt hätten (großer Besen, Staubsauger - eine Kehrblech war vorhanden, aber damit kann man ja nicht putzen). Für den Preis erwartet man einfach insgesamt mehr.

It was an excellent size and location for our group of 6 people. The staff weee really helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again. Also beautifully clean.

The apartment was very central and easy to reach. It was very clean inside and had all the facilities we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
