The view from my room, location

I stay here often as a solo traveller. Staff are always great, very receptive and helpful. It normally has a great Mediterranean feel, and is complimented by Nicki Beach next door.
There was insufficient beds during the busy period and some beds had towels placed o the at breakfast time and hardly used. A sign should be up stating towels will be removed if not used within 1hour (allowing lunch break etc). The feel has changed since the towels were changed to green. It appears a little washed out and needs a bright blue, orange, yellow or other.

Very nice and clean Hotel.
Great breakfast, as would you expect.
Beach access and Kids club.
Was affraid, it'll be noisy at night, but the Hotel is off the main party route, so no issues at all.
Beds could be more comfortable.
Elevator accessible only after few steps.
No vanity kit in the room.
Wi-Fi in our room was terrible. Almost no connection at all, you can forget about streaming.

Great breakfast (al carte) and happy hour at The Level Suit. Very friendly staff who gave us good tips on places to visit and eat in Palma.
Left the sign to get our room serviced but wasn't serviced to point we had no toilet paper and had to physically go to reception to ask for toilet paper despite calling to reception to get them to bring a few rolls to the room.

everything was perfect 👍 the front of house staff where amazing
I was stood outside when a lady very rudely told me I cannot stand outside the hotel and would have to cross the road and smoke or smoke in my room which is a bit confusing, she could have spoken to me in a calm and professional manner

Very good breakfast, excellent location. The hotel consists of 3 large buildings, but enough facilities. As allways not enough sunbeds. It is worth to book the halfboard, quality was excellent.
There was an incentive group of 150 pax, mostly young and noisy. They took the beers and other drinks to the pool. Hotel staff was deaf and blind.

Access from the room to the pool area. Breakfast, but fortunately we had the Level experience.. Spacious room. Free loungers available at the beach. (the level).
Not enough staff. Had to wait a very long time each time we ordered something at the bar and they were usually not very friendly. The Level staff (some of them) were very friendly but overall did not feel very welcome. Bed should be replaced - matrass was old. Wifi did work fine outside but not in the room. Free loungers were available at the beach (for the level) but no service to order something to drink. Nearby daybeds from hotel (with service) were nice but extremely expensive.

Location, nice lobby, very comfortable bed in the second of the three rooms we unfortunately experienced, appreciated the gesture of fruit platter and prosecco offered after having to wait 3 nights to get a suite with a balcony that we had reserved - unfortunately we had many dealings with the staff over the problems with our accommodation but at least they were nice.
Misrepresentation of suite on website - there was no balcony and we were not one bit happy to have the hotel say 'oh but there is a balcony, it's a French balcony'. Having specified when booking, and again when confirming, and even phoning in advance to request NO CONNECTING ROOMS the hotel took no notice. Our teen childrens room was a connecting room, and the room found for us after we complained about having no balcony, was a connecting room with the thinnest door and a gap underneath. I could hear every word and action next door. Cue another move after two nights. No shade at breakfast unless you were LEVEL or pushed someone off the few shaded tables available, no control by the staff, a couple at a table for 6 whilst others roamed in desperate search of shade. I had breakfast on the first morning and did not go back again as I could not face the stress. Room service was a joke, minimal choice, pathetic club sandwiches with blue plastic still stuck to the sides. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests in the hotel and mostly claimed early in the morning. Being charged 20-80 euros for a bed on the beach but no toilet or shower facilities (unless you crossed the public beach). Seeing 2 sunbeds in the Level Area 'reserved' with tshirts early one morning and the people turning up at 4 in the afternoon, no control whatsoever by hotel staff to prevent such behaviour

Nice room. Nice view from room window, you can enjoy sunrise from your bed.Good breakfast, the hotel is sharing same pool and luonge area with other hotel, so it can be crowded. You can use the Melia APP to monitor your or companion spending from the bracelet key. First day when i walked into the room i heard that the air conditioning fan was making loud noises, i have contacted reception and they sent technician guy immediately and it was fixed. Receptionists were polite, they gave all information that was asked. They offered a car rent companies, and places to visit.
Room and furniture looked nice and renovated, but the bed matrices was worn-out on one side , pure sound isolation, you can feel like you are in that beach club that is right beside through closed, the noise from corridors is more than loud it feels like somebody is lalking directly to your door . Dinner - the offer is changing by day and it's ok, but there is no drinks avalable, not even a still tap water, you have to buy separately i understand the beverages but WATER and that is nonsense, when you go to breakfast you can get 4 kind of juce, coffee, tea, water with taste, and even champagne but for dinner time if you ordered the room with breakfast and dinner you have to pay separately, no matter that you have paid for dinner separately. Sunbeds at the beach 80€ a day .

Facilities were fantastic, was very clean and we excellent location.
When we were there they had a large Brazilian group staying at the hotel. We were a group of around 15 and had booked well in advance for a birthday. When there we felt the staff prioritised the larger group and other guests were pushed aside. We had a meal booked which was then changed that day to a set menu which no longer suited us, they said this was due to the larger group, we then had a member of staff question us about why we had cancelled the booking with a bad attitude. Wasn't what was expected when we were all equal paying guests.

Good location, beautiful view, nice facilities.
1. There is no introduction to the hotels facilities when you check in. You have to sit in your room and read about the hotel on the internet.
2. They dont provide spoons at breakfast. I had to eat my yoghurt with a fork each day. This I find pretty poor for a so called 4 star hotel.
3. Room service food is terrible. Firstly the menu is very limiting. Secondly, we ordered club sandwiches and we got 3 slices of plain white bread toasted in a normal toaster, with ham they bought at the supermarket across the street, a little bit of tomato and a slice of processed cheese. Alarmingly disappointing for a so called 4 star hotel.
4. No service at the pool. One would expect a 4 star hotel to provide waiters at the pool for one to order from. I mean if they dont want to make money selling drinks - then they did a good job.
5. The maid forgot to provide us with new toilet paper on multiple occasions. I had to fetch toilet paper from her trolley in the hallway otherwise I would have had to use the towels.
6. CAP Nao restaurant - very limiting menu. The food was good, but very overpriced for the quantity they actually serve.
