Beatiful campus. Staff is wonderful. Breakfats was ok.

The hotel is a little old and the wifi was not 100% stable

Place tried to nickel and dime the guests. Paid for a suite. Coffee pot in room but didn’t provide coffee.

We book a suite but we were not told it did not have air conditioning. We were moved to a smaller room with A/C but was not adjusted on price.

When asked staff on WIFI they didn't answer or help us get on the hotel WIFI. The bar didn't have a good selection of liquor.

Husband and I very satisfied with everything. We will return to Soleil.

Worst customer service ever. We had to cancel the last night of our stay after we had already paid the entire stay at check-in. A month and multiple phone calls later we are still waiting for our refund of the last night. Unacceptable.

The location was excellent

The hotel is old, run down, the rooms look their age, and the shower was so old that it sprayed water all over the floor.

The areas to park where perfect

The time between flushes of the toilet were not quick enough

when you walk inside you see it perfect just like the pictures , but it’s like walking to a beautiful jewelry store and and diamonds , and when you approach the counter everything is plastic and fake !

the room upgrade “ thanks to booking “ was a nice touch. the room had 2 outlets and had to disconnect a lamp to charge my phone. this being a local ( all inclusive ) brought down the quality of the food and became a very populated place , it was you would expect from low budget all inclusive “ tang as orange juice “ and very low standard food , considering ( we weren’t part of that membership and had payed for our room ) it was a 180 dollar room and you would never expect tang , bring your own coffee ( for coffee maker ) hard to express , would never go back.

Beautiful hotel, with what could be amazing amenities. Covid has made use of these amenities limited however. The property is beautiful and amazing to walk through. A nice restaurant as well.

The system for getting pool towels or parking is a joke. For instance, you need to continually keep a paper ticket to get towels and to return them. The front staff is not on the same page as other staff. Other hotels let their guests take towels and return them without tickets or a hassle. Same goes for the parking on site. A better system could be in place for that as well.
