Staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Room was great.

Wifi was poor, had to connect to my phone.

The gardeners are irritating in that they seem to like to turn on their petrol blowers at 8am for a few minutes and then do a lot of talking on their phones!!

This is an outstanding hotel. We have been to Jersey countless times but never stayed here until now. It is conveniently tucked away so you need a car or taxi to get about with ease, but there is a bus stop on one route close by. Without a doubt the staff make this hotel - special mention to Chris and Nathan - they cannot be more friendly, professional or helpful. They are all so happy in their work and they all talk fondly of the caring owners. The small gym and indoor pool are spotless and useful. The outdoor terrace is delightful with loungers, tables and chairs and a view that is wonderful. A very relaxing place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The bar and restaurant are pricey (£25 for breakfast). We didn’t eat in the restaurant unfortunately because as a vegetarian there was nothing that appealed to me, knowing what I know now about the hotel I would ask for something else next time - I’m sure they would help.
