Very clean and comfortable it felt homely

The location

Great location, nice sized apartment & rooms. Main bed was comfortable. Facilities were good - full kitchen, pool, sauna etc. and having a washing machine & dryer was super useful. Staff at reception very helpful. Ideal for our family of 4.

There's a few minor maintenance issues that need addressing e.g one ranchslider lock is broken, the bathroom windows nearly fall off the tracks when opening & closing, main bathroom sink drains very slowly (blocked?). The floors need a thorough scrub, while they look clean, walking around barefoot left us with black soles of our feet on the first day so it definitely wasn't from us. The laundry cupboard smelt awful too, smells like it's been damp for a long time. While the main bed was comfy, the others were hard. Oh and no extractor fans in the bathrooms seems odd as the ensuite steamed up the whole bedroom after a shower.

Location, comfy beds and fairly spacious. Good view of the area and limited sea view. Good process for collecting keys after hours. Easy parking and lift.

The bathrooms were very old with a lot of rust and the ensuite shower head dribbled water and wasn't functioning properly. Not enough bathl towels, only one kitchen tea towel. The details of the facilities for the flat mentions 'toiletries' but only a start up pack is provided. A sign says to keep flat clean but the vacuum cleaner isn't working and in very poor condition. The bathroom wasn't that clean especially the floor. The sofa set is falling to bits as we opened and closed the recliners. Under these there was all sorts of stuff and had not been cleaned. Carpet is very old and not the best to keep clean with no vacuum cleaner and two little ones. Finally, the exiting time of 9.30am is very early, too early.
