Already booked and update the arrival time . However, when arrived, the bangladeshi receptionist said don't have booking and then offer room for different prices. so disappointed. despite of several reminder, also this kind of thing happended.

Only just location.i like... otherwise disturbing by 3rd floor ... people coming going don't know what's going on... maybe something worng....

The location which sits right next to the 7-eleven and a walk away from the monorel and LRT.

Room 206 - the sink is broken. The water ran down the sink straight to the floor. There is only 3 available channels on tv.

The room not clean the bed sheet got shoes print. towel also got dirty chocolate colour mark got lot of mosquito 🦟 bite me whole night until I can’t sleep well. The bedside material is use the sawdust it was caused me hurt when I accidentally fall down my hand touch on it and the sawdust go into my nail it is very dangerous if got children stay in this room . The rest room exhaust fan full of dust, kettles and cup did not provide in the room need to request it from them. The bed sheet got shoe print I requested to change but until at night I come back still remain unchanged I was no choice need to sleep on it and it is itch and not comfortable really regrets to book this hotel

The room not really clean the bed sheet got foot 🦶 print I inform the staff but until second day I requested again then only they change it I need to sleep on the foot print bed sheet and it is itch and got a lot of mosquito 🦟 bite me until my head swollen and red I really can’t sleep well in this situation. Basic thing like kettles and cup ,tissue all did not provide in the room need to extra request from them. The rest room exhaust fan got a lot of dust and the room is not clean it is not comfortable for stay really feel regret for booking.The bed side is use sawdust as material I was accidentally fall down and my hand was touch on it the sawdust was go into my nail it is really painful it is quite a stupid design and it is dangerous if got children stay in this room. As a advice please don’t use the got dirty print (foot print/lipstick print/ dirty chocolate colour mark) as bed sheet and the towel also got dirty mark it is really make the customer feel uncomfortable 😣🥹🥲
