The dive shop is really well run and organised, the staff are just the best!
I will caveat this by saying I stayed during low season, but I felt the restaurant was quite limited, but the main strip is 5mins away on a motorcycle so I went there most of the time for food.
The rooms were a little dated, but this is reflected in the price, and the wifi was challenging but I’m assuming that’s an island problem.

Accomodation right on the water. War the Oslob Whale Shark attraction. Extremely comfortable stay and the host went above and beyond to accomodate any request such as an early check in and recommendations

On the water, they had everything I needed, literally walk in the water with your scuba gear. For 3 star resort it was excellent, pool, restaurant, dive shop. Restaurants nearby but far enough away from main street. Very friendly staff and the dive shop was excellent with great padi instructors.
Great view, good pool with a bar.
I had bungalow 7 which I liked if it got windy, it was central in the resort but close to everything.

I chose this dive resort in 2024 and again in 2026, to stay and scuba dive because it seemed fancier and more professional than other local hotels and dive centers, was centrally located, had a variety of rooms and amenities.
Our room was too hot. It took two days with the AC on 16 on full fan for the room to cool down below 80°F.
