Harmony Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel and were warmly welcomed by the different members of the reception team. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. I would also especially like to mention the young man who looked after the breakfast area and the tables. He was always smiling, extremely polite, kind and attentive. He did a great job and really contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. There was just one lady who was often sitting in the reception/common area, perhaps the hotel manager, who sometimes seemed a little cold. She did not always say hello and her attitude could feel slightly intimidating, so we didn't always feel completely comfortable around her. However, this was really the only negative point regarding the staff, as everyone else was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The main disappointment for us was the breakfast. We expected a little more choice and variety from day to day. In my opinion, there could have been more pastries and especially more Albanian specialities. We could always find something to eat, of course, but the buffet felt a little limited and repetitive. Breakfast is actually one of my favourite parts of a holiday because I love having lots of different things to choose from, so I was a little disappointed in that respect. Apart from that, we really have nothing to complain about. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff did a very good job, and the hotel in general was always clean and well maintained. Overall, I would give Harmony Hotel 8.5/10. With a little more variety at breakfast, our experience would have been almost perfect. We still had a very enjoyable stay and would like to thank the team for their warm welcome. 🤍

Location suited us as it was a bit outside the town centre. But still walking distance and loads of lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk

Schönes Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung, alles in weiß gehalten mit braunen/ Holzdetails. Unser Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer und auf der Rückseite konnte man bis zur Burg von Sarande sehen. Auch der Frühstücksbereich ist schön gestaltet mit Blick aufs Meer.

Sehr steile Lage Richtung Meer, der inkl Parkplatz bedeutet, dass man einfach vor dem Hotel auf der sehr steilen Straße parkt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten (weder im Bad noch im Schlafbereich) Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine relativ kleine Auswahl (keine veganen Alternativen) und die gekühlten Produkte werden dort nicht gekühlt und die warmen Speisen nicht warm gehalten.
