I like the location. It is in walking distance to main attractions. The apartment was very clean, the bed comfortable. It has all what we needed and even more - complimentary coffee. We had a fantastic time in Prague.

Comfortable, spacious, great shower! It was a little noisier than I would prefer - with the windows closed, it was really quiet, but I generally prefer an open window which was much too noisy. But that's the price you pay for a great location sometimes! And it was very handy for both the station (20 minute walk and apparently very easy by underground though we didn't try that) and central Prague - a couple of minutes walk to a tram and then a few stops and you're there.

Check-in was a little fiddly. Due to our train being late, we arrived at the property about 15 minutes before check-in opened. Which normally would be fine - the key would be in the safe and you'd just let yourself in. But this was a digital key that wasn't unlocked until about three minutes before check-in although the room was clearly ready. So we were stood outside the room for 15 minutes. It would be great if they could just release your key as soon as the room is ready. Would have been good if breakfast had been available a little earlier - for us, 9am is quite late as we like to be up and doing things.

Spacious, well-designed and very clean room with everything we needed. Easy check-in/check-out process. The staff responded quickly via WhatsApp and was friendly, polite and willing to resolve the issue.

There is no staff permanently on site. When I checked out, I accidentally left my headphones in the room. Although I contacted the hotel during normal working hours (4:30–6:30 p.m.), nobody was there to hand them over to me. The staff offered some solutions (sending them by mail or picking them up the next day), but we were already flying out, so it wasn't worth the hassle. I think there should be some kind of protocol for situations like this. For example, guests could be contacted when the staff finds that they have left something behind. Or at least one representative should be available on site for urgent situations. Another thing is that the mattress is not the best for people with lower back pain.

Schön groß, bequeme Betten und praktische Bedienung per App. Außerdem gab es eine Klimaanlage.

Es hat etwas seltsam gerochen, womöglich haben die vorherigen Gäste etwas gekocht, was stark gerochen hat. Eine Kerze/Raumduft wäre also super.
