De ligging, prachtige veranda, alle kamers geluidsdicht, fijne eigen wasruimte en de royale inventaris!

Klein minpuntje was dat de rookmelders én de batterijen in een lade lagen en niet aan het plafond😬

We loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated, the beds and sofas were very comfortable and the showers were fantastic. Lovely balcony getting the afternoon sun and a view across to the nursery slopes. It's about a 10 min walk to the nursery slope wearing ski boots, and once there you can use the chair lift and ski across to the first gondola. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact we had a lift with our own access from outside, and the private room in the basement had heated boot racks and a washing machine plus separate tumble drier. There's a smart TV so we signed into our netflix account and had some relaxing evenings. The staff who we had contact with were very helpful and friendly, and prior to our holiday Belvilla staff had answered all my queries (note though there are 2 hairdryers in the apartment which we'd been told not to expect!). We would certainly highly recommend the apartment.

We found the bedrooms a little warm, and there was a thermostat in each, so some instructions on how to turn down the temperature would be useful. As we were cooking several evenings, some basics like salt pepper and cooking oil plus washing up liquid would have been appreciated.

Location was good - about 6-8 mins easy walk to the nursery slope. Apartment was lovely despite banging my head on low beams several times - maybe not good for very tall people.

The hot water broke down 3 times during our stay, it was always fixed quite quickly but this needs to be sorted out - the manager was going to inform the owner. Also there are Nespresso and a filter coffee machine in the apartment - it would have been good to have been left at least a few filters or pods - there was nothing! Also, basic soaps in the bathrooms for hand washing and washing up liquid would be appreciated. In a luxury apartment (with corresponding price) a few items would be good. Also, please remind guests that all supermarkets in Westendorf are closed on Sunday - so no where to buy provisions if you arrive late Saturday. In a luxury apartment you could offer the option of a pre-pay food parcel including some of the items I have mentioned?

We arrived on Saturday evening no shops open until Monday! little welcome basket of a bottle of mil loo rolls would have been welcome otherwise no complaints lovely apartment
