This is actually a 2 storey penthouse on the top floor of a condominium. Beautifully designed with good view. Breakfast includes eggs (make your own). Location is adjacent to the busy Seomyeon. Big room and big washroom.

Location, location, location. 3 minutes from the station, and a very short subway ride to a more central station.
Nice common area
Blackout curtains in the room to block out the street.
Large enough storage lockers
It's mandatory to take off your shoes at the entrance, but the slippers provided are old and dirty looking. If I'd known in advance, I could have brought my own.
The female dorm has one ensuite toilet and shower, but there's no other toilet available. If someone just started showering, there's nowhere to go to the toilet. There's also an unpleasant odor lingering in the toilet even though they appear clean.
I slept in the upper bunk, and every small movement rocked the entire bed.
Breakfast provided is just white bread and raw eggs in the fridge.

"Gut gelegen, U-Bahn und Bus gut zu erreichen. Restaurants und Ausgehviertel in der Nähe. Würde gern wieder kommen. 36. Stock. Extrem toller Ausblick 👍🏾"
