The hotel location is perfect, room was big and very clean nice swimming pool and the ocean views amazing.

Our check in supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrive on time a few minutes before 3 and we were told that the room would be ready in 20 mins and someone will look for us at the pool area once the room was ready and we waited for over 1 hour and no one tell us anything so we went to the reception and ask about the room and they just said oh the room is ready just like that and no one explained why they make us wait so long and they also forget to give us the access card to open the hotel main door overnight.

Spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained tasteful older hotel. Gorgeous, lush plants everywhere. Pretty Mexican tile and wood work. Unobstructed ocean view, yard not fenced in with bars like many other properties. Clean pool.

Mattresses are hard. Not enough shade. Just a few lounges, and no umbrellas over them or at the beach. Groups of families were allowed to use their own speakers, so there was competing loud music. Try to go during low season, then it's wonderful. When it's full, it gets quite lively, with large family groups. Just two umbrellas and 10 lounges are not enough for a hotel of about 30 rooms!

The location was great. Very attractive hotel. Loved the sitting area on the second level overlooking the pool, ocean, and sunset! I was impressed by the amount of upkeep that was ongoing. Nice, quiet air conditioner. The price was wonderful. Liked that water bottles were not offered, but we could refill our existing water bottles at the dispenser in the lobby. I know that wash clothes are not normally provided, but one was found for my friend.

I would have liked to have a couple of water glasses in the room.

The room was very big, fully stocked kitchen, with a full 5 gallon bottle of water provided very appreciated. They were great with my dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful everything very clean

The pool area was always very full so we didn’t get to enjoy it . But it is a very nice setting.
