Smart Suite & Apartments

The domestic team of Sana and Zeika ( sorry for misspelling just in case 😉) were exceptional. They helped with any questions I had, made me feel very welcome and also kept my room to highest standards with cleanliness and all mini toiletries. Also, as my arrival was quite late, team of Alicia, Veronica and Michaela kept in touch despite my flight being heavily delayed and when I arrived at 1am - the host Mario was promptly there. This truly helped when I was anxious on my way. Also the meal at my restaurant was great and loved the vibe and quality of food. Again Alicia and Francesco made my evening feel special . The breakfast at nearby Cafe Mare was sweet and yet so filling and the pistachio croissant was amazing ! With lovely and welcoming staff Frederico and Nua were always kind and helpful ..

There is Nothing I didn’t like, all was truly great.

The place was in the center so you can easily see lot of shops, restos cafes in the nearby. The service and help from the lady that checked us in are very pleasant aand reliable. The Suite was prepared with everything you need. Maybe for traveler comes by feet from the Harbor needs to walk up bit uphill street approximately 12-15mins. We can also storage our backpacks while waiting for our bus after checked out. They are very helpful:)

I found it kind that they tidied up our bed and put new drink water in the room eventhough our stay only 3D2N. But i felt bit uncomfortamble that without my permisson the room to be cleaned. Maybe a tip, it would be better if there is tag options for us if our room between our stay to be cleaned or not. Also it will be less work and hassle for the cleaning lady:) but overall the stay was amazing! I will definetely stay here or recommend anyone in Santa Teresa to stay here:)

I can say just room and bath room were so small it effects comfort ,

Location, cleanliness.

Air conditioning not working and staff didn’t make effort to fix it. Patio is very small, just a hatch, with high up walls with no air. Very claustrophobic. Mould in the cupboard on the ceiling and musty smell in the drawers. Sofa bed is actually a bunk bed which wasn’t advertised as such. The apartment door opens directly onto the street. Room advertised as city view but all you get is the window next to the front door and you have to keep the curtains closed otherwise everyone on the street and everyone dining right outside the door, can see inside.
