Pools, location, some staff working very hard to please you
Completely understaffed. Went to the bar at 7 on Friday night and was closed. No toiletries. Restaurant was poor. Service was poor in general. Not up to par for what they say they are. Old place with a cheap refab. It’s not what the pictures of it show at all. Totally disappointed. Won’t go back. Will not recommend.

Desayuno bueno. Personal atento servicial. Excepto la atención vía teléfono o WhatsApp. No contestan o duran mucho. Fatal.

I liked the friendly staff
I didn’t like the cold shower, sparse room with no hair dryer, wonky side shelf next to bed that my possessions fell off of

Restaurant for dinner good. Free breakfast good. General facilities good but rooms a big problem! They put us into three different rooms and all had problems. The maintenance manager Silva said they would give us a sizable credit if they could for the room situation but said to contact Booking.com and have them call the property to get the credit because they could not give it to us directly because we booked through Booking.com
They put us into three different rooms and the first two had big problems and third had problems but we stayed there. I filled this out once and it got deleted some how. If you want to call me and ask me directly at 1-815-546-4008 in the USA you can.
Room 145 had one bedroom AC that did not work and it was 90 degrees F and humid. Only two towels for three people and the guest bathroom had a dirty toilet and brown water came out of the sink when we turned it on. Many lights were out in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. There were crumbs in the microwave oven. The front door key lock was not in line. No bath towels and slippery floors and my wife and I are 82 years old with out 54 year old son. I had just had eye surgery so I was not happy with the situation.
Room 134 had the living room AC not working and the master bedroom AC had the condensate pan over flowing on a very slippery tile floor and my wife and I could have slipped easily. There was a big dead cockroach in the guest bathroom and a smaller dead on going into the master bathroom. The closet cabinets were delaminating in both bedrooms. One of the bathroom shower lights was out.
Room 164 all ACs were working but the condensate pan in the living room was overflowing onto the coach and we had to go get towels from room 134 to mop up the water and put some on the couch to collect the water. The guest bedroom had a night stand attached I think to the wall on either side of the bed and they were loose and things could slide off. There were only three towels and no bath mats with slipper floors. The front door key was hard to work and it had to be jiggled to make it work.
There are two elevators in the building and only one worked. The front desk didn’t even know that.
Silva head of maintenance said they have a limited budget and the maintenance man before her didn’t do anything creating a lot of differed maintenance. She should have had a checklist and walked ever unit so sad

Good location, clean room and able to make tea.
Intermittent hot water for showering.
Very meagre breakfast. The worst breakfast of all the 10 hotels/B&Bs we stayed in during our trip.
Very rude barman (The women were fine).

the location was perfect for our needs and the staff was helpful and polite. No one in the restaurant knew English but we managed to understand each other
rooms had a strong chemical smell which probably in order to fight (unsuccessfully) the mold smell. it was hard to sleep with that strong smell and felt unhealthy. Overall the rooms are large and clean, but it is very clear that they have a mold problem. The hardwood (engineered I assume) floor in the room felt uneven and I can only assume that this is the source of the problem.
Resturant is also over priced for its value.
