The breakfast buffet every day was spectacular. A great selection of pastries, juices, fruit, granola and more. The coffee was excellent and they also have hot made-to-order items like eggs and pancakes. They even had freshly baked muffins and cakes. The amenities in the bathroom were great, the room was very spacious, huge! The balcony and the view were incredible. The location could not be beat. Staff was also available through WhatsApp and the helped us book tours and restaurants. Truly a great property and great service.
We had many tours booked in advance, every day for over a week and sometimes there were changes to those tours that we discussed over chat. But i think only in one instance was there a misunderstanding about the tour schedule. Everything was really great overall but only in one instance looks like the winery tour was a bit confusing and we had to re-explain to the guide what we wanted. No big deal really. All of the tours were excellent and we had fantastic guides and drivers.

We had a really pleasant stay and were especially impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Everything felt fresh, comfortable and thoughtfully looked after throughout our stay.
The service was equally wonderful — the staff (in particular Masi) were warm, attentive and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our time at the hotel, which gave us great peace of mind and made the stay even more relaxing.
We experienced a power outage one night in camps bay, which was a little inconvenient (the hotel does have backup generator that lasted a couple of hours!). We also understand that there has been a recent change in staff/chef, and unfortunately this meant that some of the breakfast items were unavailable during our stay. Hopefully this is just a temporary transition as the new team settles in.

Schöne, stylische Unterkunft direkt in camps bay - frühstück ok, aber nicht herausragend. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer mit Meerblick war super.
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße - für unsere suites hatten wir 450€ pro Zimmer pro Nacht gezahlt. Trotz Fenstern war die Straße sehr laut - für 450€ die Nacht sollte man eine bessere Dämmung erwarten können. Generell war es im Haus sehr stickig
