Clean, modern apartment in good location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and subway system. Good sound=proofing. Traffic noise was never obtusive.

The apartment is as the picture shows. The main parents bed is very large and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved our large tv that had Netflix on. Our kids felt very comfortable there. We also loved the small balcony and thick very nice towels. Felix at the front desk was very accommodating and he is THE person to go to. He was very nice and definitely made our stay even better.

Very small things. The elevator tends to break but this is fixed quickly when you update the office. We got the new towels in the middle of our week stay but the old ones were also left at our apartment.

Excellent location near Sagrada Familia, good apartment size, balcony with nice view on the street, bedrooms are on the quiet side. There are a washing machine and a dishwasher - both with included tabs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. There is a market just across the street. Reception is very helpful.

Pillows can be a bit better. The drying rack could be a bit bigger.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful in providing information and very kind. We arrived late, after the front desk closed, but Irene was kind and patient with us and waited for us to give us the keys to the apartment. We had some problems with timing and getting around on the metro at first, so it was really nice to be greeted and treated in such a kind way. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, and it was easy to set up. There was a nice selection of complementary items in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which was very nice...oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, soaps, most of the basics, so you don't have to buy many things, especially for a short stay. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia, so metro stops are close and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. Highly recommendable, and we'll definitely be back. We absolutely loved Barcelona!

Sensation Authentic Gracia was the perfect apartment for our stay in Barcelona. The apartment itself is spacious, more so than the photos would suggest, and it has a great balcony. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you would need for your stay. Communication from the host was excellent and they were extremely helpful. Having visited Barcelona before but not the Gracia area we were blown away by the neighbourhood. It has everything you could need for eating and drinking and it is not far from the city centre.

There isn't much that we didn't like about our stay.

The windows have blinds, you can make complete darkness if u want and it's quiet inside. Most apartments have 2 balconies. Toilet is in the lobby and when 4 pers stay, each room can access it well, without disturbing the others

That the roof top terrace, which is very nice, is closed at 22. Understandble in a way if some groups may have been too loud in the past, but this risk of noisy guests is always there, also in the rooms.

Apartment layout was beautiful. Plenty hot water. Very well equipped. Good provision of cleaning materials. Clear communication from reception staff. Location was ideal.

Only one small recommendation to make, an antislip mat in the bath would be good.

Great location on a side street, close to the metro station. Grocery store across the street, which was great. Also little bakeries and fast-food places on the same street, very close. We picked up the keys from the reception desk which is in another locatiin, 0.8 miles away from this apartment building. We had a little balcony, which was great to enjoy the coffee in the morning. Easy access to the metro that takes you to downtown or to other locations, like beaches.

Great location and very nice apartment that easily fits 6 adults. We booked two apartments for 12 people, and both apartments were right next to each other so we had the entire floor for ourselves. Each apartment had 2 balconies, which was great, and the rooftop terrace was even more amazing. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come again!

Especially liked the fact that they arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4.15am to get to the airport. Took enormous pressure of us.
