Apartment was spotless, location only 5 minutes from the main strip if you have no trouble walking. Lots of space in the apt and a huge balcony.
300 euro damage deposit is a lot.
Only one bin for the entire apartment and it was never cleaned during our 5 day stay.
We had to make the beds ourselves.
You collect your keys at Number 8 on the same street, it would have been easier to be told this is the Num Hotel building, I didnt see a number 8 on it.

2nd time staying here.. the apartment block is quiet as it’s set amongst residential.. it’s kept clean and well maintained.. it’s a short walk to the beach.. or 15 min walk to the Salou village..
2 minutes to the main street there’s little side streets with plenty of food places to eat.
The staff where you collect the keys at a neighbouring hotel are very pleasant ..big shout out to Sandy who looked after us at checkout letting us store our cases until later in the day ...
This apartment was a bit tired looking compared to the one we stayed in next door/last year..
only a few minor things .. loose plug socket in kitchen . Walls a bit grubby..
broken seat on balcony..
The biggest let-down for us was .. there’s NO sun loungers round the pool ..which would make staying there 10 out of 10 ..

Good modern property with a pool. Nice location - close to the beach but in quiet neighborhood. Apartment is spacious. Efficient climate control system in all rooms. Comfortable beds and matrasses.
There was nothing provided in the kitchen, totally empty. It would nice to have necessary minimum, at least salt/pepper/couple of coffee capsules etc. If you are travelling with small kids - beware that cost of baby cot is 15eur per night, which might be quite expensive when you stay for long time. Wifi was awful, we had to use mobile internet. This made watching TV complicated, Youtube and Netflix didn't work due to connectivity issues.

Apartment spacious and clean 👌
Good enough location
Not even a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived at the apartment. For the money that we paid a small welcome pack wouldn't have hurt. Any other place we stayed paying over 2 grand there was always something nice there for when you arrived. Pool is small, pictures on the website make it look alot bigger. No loungers or seats anywhere for relaxing around or near the pool?
