Nette mooie moderne woning. Alles was super schoon.

Liked the cleanliness and area - my 8 is a high 8

€75 steep for the cleaning, no air-conditioning, pricey in general especially with the extra cleaning charge

The apartment itself is nice and clean. The location is very quiet. There are blackout blinds.

BE AWARE OF EXTRA COSTS. Bed linen costs 6 EUR per piece, which we were aware of, as it was the only fee listed in the "additional charges" section during online payment. Towels are not included, they cost 10 EUR and must be paid in cash. A 55 EUR cleaning fee is mentioned only at the very end of the description and must also be paid in cash. On Booking.com, the total price is usually clearly shown upfront, either in the search results, in the payment summary, or in the "additional charges" section. Here, the cleaning fee appears only in the last sentence of the description, and all these fees must be paid in cash at the property. Booking.com appears to allow this practice, as we contacted them about it. If you end up paying around 30% more on arrival than the price paid already on Booking.com, it does not make the stay more enjoyable. We were two guests staying for only 3 nights, spending most of our time at a festival. We left the place tidy. Despite this, when I accidentally left a 50 DKK bill instead of a 50 EUR bill, and the rest was paid in EUR - a simple mistake I corrected without any issue - I received a very unpleasant phone call with rude comments from the hosts. What initially seemed like a friendly attitude quickly changed over something that I resolved immediately. The shower was leaking, and the beds were noisy.
