Amazing location. Lovely food and ambience.
Expensive to do dolphins or trips

Everything. It was so beautiful. I loved my
Service. The receptionist was amazing and the servers and the spa ladies and EVERYONE that worked there. It was a dream come true. They accommodated me to the end.
I have no complaints. I had a issue with my card which caused a delay to leave my resort. It made me miss my shuttle ride to the airport and they paid
For a taxi ride for me to get to the airport. I’m so grateful for them.

Absolutely everything about the hotel, once we changed our original room. Our original room had no balcony. Every room should have a balcony to sit and relax on whilst taking in the beautiful view. After changing our room to one with a balcony, the rest of the stay was faultless.
We originally had a room with no balcony.
All rooms should have a balcony.
We were accommodated to a room with a balcony the next day, which makes all the difference in enjoying our stay.

Have been before and enjoyed the stay… the staff are very nice and helpful… the facilities and restaurants very good.. Shame it wasn’t lobster season! Apart from below, had a great time because we were familiar with the surroundings.
We had a problem with our momos booking and the front desk manager he was not helpful at all. The lady that was on reception was very very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were okay and showed she cared which was very appreciated. Loved the ladies in the spa and the manicure place.
First time stay we had a sea view room this time we were on the 3rd floor not nice view and stained hallway carpet not nice at all.
Room service took so long.
Did not like the hard sell on membership investment as soon as we arrived. We just wanted to go to our rooms and unwind after a long journey. The next day they said it would take 90 mins but it was nearly 3 hours.. we travelled with relatives from the US and my elderly aunt was so worn out … her experience was approx 4 hours and she was so worn out she agreed to sign up just to end the constant sales talk!

That was the best part!loved the meals
dude named Damian at jerk hut was very unprofessional and rude with his services.

Breakfast was good -indeed the Buffet restaurant was excellent. It s unusual to have the Central Buffet the best restaurant on site.
booking thru Booking.com and them having to pay thru the Hotel Centre in Mexico was an absolute disaster. Never had that problem before - this damages the Booking.com reputation.
The Beach was poor - too small.
Entertainment was much inferior to other All inclusives in Ocho Rios.
Food options were good but the ability of the staff - albeit friendly and helpful - fell well below the standards necessary.
For example 4 of us ordered a meal in the Asian restaurant and all 4 of us didnt eat it. Also in the Italian restaurant the food was very good but they served up the first course and the Main course at the same time so i had a plate of Lasagne (excellent BTW) served at the same time as a Filet Steak (also excellent and big), Neither the waitress the server or the manager seeemed to have any idea. Pity.

The staff was excellent and the facility was clean.
This billed as a 5 star and it definitely is not. The check in process took 45 minutes. The food was just ok. And there there were sales staff at check in and check out.

Ms. Stacey helped us really well, after we were given one bed for 3 people. We had requested an extra bed for our Carer.

The nightlife was great especially the Loud Bar (definitely a must try), I liked the range of activities and restaurants.
My partner and I had to sleep on separate beds as they were out of King beds. This was a common problem among guests. Room could be bit bigger, especially the bathroom.

The resort is in a good location with plenty activities for the children. The food was impressive with something for everyone.
The attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, we had some issues with the booking initially and the reception staff were uninterested in helping us to resolve the issue and extremley unhelpful! they cast us to the side and I had to use my own personal phone to contact Booking.com. The staff do not seem happy in their roles and it really shows in service delivery. Our room was located on ground floor, there were issues with the toilets overflowing and we had cockroaches in our room. The staff did not seem that bothered when we complained and said it was normal as we were on the ground floor and had the door open. I was overall not impressed with the hotel particular given its 5* rating.

I thought the breakfast was well thought out. The opportunity to tey the local breakfast as well as the other options was brilliant.
The restaurant has much improved with the option of sitting inside or being outside.
Great improvement from the days of Jamaica Grande
There wasn't really anything I disliked about Moon Palace it was a great time spent with my mum. She absolutely had an amazing time. We were even given an upgrade free of charge as my mum who is 86 couldn't manage the shower in the room so we were given another room the next day where she had a much larger walk in shower.

This is definitely a place for pleasure and resting.
The restort has international standard, well trained staff, safe environment and clean fully functional facilities.
The hotel was apparently fully booked and as a result, we were unable to get the type of bed we booked for. Though that was not a big issue, we would have much prefer if the staff had informed us rather than us finding out on entering the room.

I really appreciated the exceptional service and the beautiful room layout, the complementary bottle of wine in the room, the way in which the grounds were kept, and the ability to use the app to help me in my experience all made for a great time. The food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive (my hats off to all the chefs, cooks, and culinary staff).
The spa experience was really good! I went twice and found the facilities and service to be top notch! Going for a massage in particular was great, because I did the hydrotherapy before hand with a staff member to guide me through the experience without it feeling overbearing or overwhelming. Everything is beautifully laid out, tastefully done and has a touch of class.
I didn't take advantage of all the activities and amenities available but I can see why someone might not want to leave the property.
The excellent staff service, great food, and beautiful facilities where I could get whatever I needed were the best things about my experience. ^_^
If there is a way to clear up the swimming section of the beach water without negative impact on the ocean environment, please do. There's a lot of seaweed growth and I think a lot of folks avoided the beachwater as a result.
The hotel seemed to be a full capacity when I went, so little things seemed to be limited in supply or just not replaced by staff after cleaning the room (bathroom mat, face towels, bath rags). I was able to get them when I asked for them, but its weird to see a hotel at this level seem to run out of or overlook basic items.
Install double pane glass for rooms to help block out excess or loud noise, and something on doors so that they don't slam shut (its loud) every time someone enters or leaves their room. I was able to sleep through most of it but used earplugs at night and found myself up with the rest of the early risers on my floor once they started leaving their rooms. >_<

The jerk hut was the most authentic experience at the hotel. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast options were very diverse, including a real Jamaican breakfast.
The hotel tour organized for guests that was designed to give extra discounts was only available to guests living in the US.
