Beach and air conditioner

There were no backup light when we had load shedding. Not even candles😔

Lovely location, clean and good value for money

The air conditioner did not work properly

Villa was neat and fresh look about it. Stayed at many this was the best .

The reception staff - specifically Kenneth did his utmost to assist checking in, but the host had not sent through notification of our stay and I had to call the agent in an attempt to resolve the issue. Despite having confirmed on numerous occassions beforehand that booking is confirmed. This is unprofessional and extremely annoying and rude with my elderly parents waiting in the car in blistering heat. Kenneth saved the day, but I will not return to that particular villa easily - rather stay in the hotel as on many previous occassions.

See above - Arrival/reception was an ordeal as a result of the host not performing his part. The second bathroom shower should be fixed - We could not use it easily/properly. The airconditioner is old and rickety and needs replacing.

The Villa is beautiful and very clean,privacy and the kitchen has everything you need to make your meals it's a home away from home.
