Cute bunny in the lobby (name is Milk Tea), Toto japanese toilet/bidet, friendly 24-hour concierge, complimentary water and snacks refilled every day, free M&Ms, clean and modern furnishings, Netflix and large TV, great location next to the graffiti street (Kunming) and vibrant Ximending outdoor shopping plazas.
Sometimes it's a long wait for the elevator because the hotel is on the 4th floor.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and cute bunny in the lobby
Please feed your bunny more hay. Bunnies need to eat about 75% of their body size in hay everyday. In the three days that I stayed there, there was only a small layer of hay on the bottom of the pen. The rabbit will have dental issues if it doesn't eat hay continuously.

The staff were outstanding. Always helpful at any time of day or night. Loved having a Nespresso machine in my room. The shower was great, the room was quirky, the provided soaps and shower cosmetics were by an excellent brand. Little touches like the mouthwashes and Dyson hairdryer were appreciated.
My room temperature was too high -- the AC placement doesn't cool the room properly. Staff promptly gave me a fan in the room. I would've liked a lamp too -- my only lighting option was extremely bright overhead lights so nighttime could've been a bit nicer with one. Soundproofing wasn't great and my room was right outside the storage area -- staff shouldn't be banging about at 8.30am outside my room.

"Die gute Lage Mitten im Ximen District. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads gratis zur Verfügung. Es gab einen Dyson Föhn zur freien Verwendung. Sehr heller Raum mit tollem Bad."
